Special Volunteer Jobs

Every year, we need a few very talented people to do some special volunteer jobs. These jobs are far from the ordinary "go here, do this" type of volunteering. If you have talent with acting, hospitality, or some sort of craft, these jobs are a great way for you to be a part of Kawa Kon!

For 2012, we are looking for new hosts for our host party.

The theme of this year's party is zombies, so we need cosplayers as zombie versions of their characters. You will need to be available from 7:00-9:30 p.m. Friday of the convention to make a table full of guests happy (while serving food and making in-character conversation). In exchange, you will get free entry to the party and $10 reimbursement on your badge.

Please send several pictures or a link to a short YouTube video of you as a zombie version of a popular character (from anime, tv, video games, or movies) to mad_as_hatter99@yahoo.com. The deadline is March 5, but slots may fill before that.
