Registration

 

Pre-registration for Escape from Outer Heaven 2011 is closed. The convention will be held November 18-20 at the Quality Inn Westport in St. Louis, MO.

If you have not pre-registered and wish to buy a badge, we will have some for sale at the event.

Registration Rates at the door

Regular Badge - $45 for the weekend

Badge + Mocktails Bracelet for Friday - $50 for the weekend

Badge + Cocktails Bracelet for Friday (must be 21+) - $55 for the weekend

 

If you would like to book at room for Escape from Outer Heaven, call the Quality Inn Westport at (314) 291-8700 and ask for a room in our block. Rooms are $49 a night and include a continental breakfast.

Take note that the convention is not at any fancy location. We chose the Quality Inn because they had the facilities we required for the event and offered a rate that was attractive to our attendees. Please don't expect anything beautiful. It's just a simple hotel with some meeting space. Thanks!

 

 

 

The Fine Print:

Your Escape from Outer Heaven registration does NOT include a hotel room or full meals. Badges are required to enter all convention rooms and events.

Escape from Outer Heaven reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason or to revoke the badge of any attendee for any reason. The Quality Inn Westport reserves the right to eject anyone from the hotel premises for underage drinking, illicit drug use, excessive rowdiness, and other reasons that inconvenience other hotel guests.

Unauthorized solicitiation (including signage, announcements, fliers, or other forms of solicitation not cleared by the convention staff or the hotel staff) is not permitted at the Quality Inn and may result in being ejected from the premises.

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed at Escape from Outer Heaven unless accompanied by a paying chaperone 18 or older. Some panels may be restricted to those 18 and older.

Escape from Outer Heaven badges are non-refundable, but pre-registered badges are transferable. If you plan to transfer your pre-registered badge to someone else, you must send the name and birthdate of the person it is being transfered to from the email address you used to register to katrina@kawakon.comby November 1.
